vibrations and their relativity to OOBE...

hi all,
Last night I began meditation while listening to the lifeflow thingy.
i downloaded a sample version just to test it out. this one runs for just 14 minutes.
almost as soon as the track stopped playing i felt some pretty strong vibrations. I'm pretty happy with this since its the first time it's ever happened to me :)
I've had an OOBE before but it was not induced consiously.
I have only being interested in AP for about 6 months or there about but i very rarly get a good chance to meditate due to noise or whatever else..
I feel that now i know exactly what I'm looking for i can reproduce this state fairly easily.
now for the questions..
1. once you can achive the vibrations and the trance state at will, how easy is it to consiously "get out"?
2. should i just practice this state for a while before I attempt to have an oobe consiously? I'm not sure if attempting now would be trying to "fly to high to fast" so to speak?
3. can someone please recommend me a good way to recharge my energy (if thats even nesisary)
sorry I'm still very much a noob lol.
4. lastly, does this sound like a resonable rate of progresion? slower/faster than normal?

Hiya. :)

1.  That depends upon your focus and how easily the technique you choose to use works for you.  You might have to try several before you find "the one" that works best.  Also, a quick tip... decide beforehand what you want to do while you're out.  You stand a much better chance of getting out if you have a goal/destination in mind.

2.  It certainly couldn't hurt to practice the trance state.  I usually break my practicing up into "meditation practice" and "projection practice".  I'll meditate with the goal to attain the trance state and whatever happens after that happens.  Later I'll meditate with the goal to actually project.  It can be pretty damn relaxing just hanging out in the trance state for a while.  Pick a question and meditate on it. ;)

3.  Energy recharge... just always make sure you've got a good flow of energy coming up from the ground through your body and then out the top of your head (or the other direction works fine too).  And just make sure that you're always grounded.  Do those and you should technically hardly have any issues with energy.

4.  "Normal" doesn't exist as each person is very different.  Some can take days... some weeks... some many years.  Just never give up and you can rest assured that you'll experience something eventually.   :)

ahh thanks mate:) thats cleared a few things up for me..
when you say grounded, i assume you mean touching the ground right?
should i be grounded while meditating?

My own website doesn't get much use these days, so it's nice to see it's helped at least one other.  :)
