Title: Aftereffects of an OBE (headaches)
Post by: Embodied Words on July 21, 2008, 04:30:20
I've had my first two OBEs this week (that I'm willing to count), and both times I've woken up with horrible headaches. Does this happen to anyone else?

Also, waking up from the second one was a creepy experience. After I woke up, I walked out of my room and still had the feeling that I was OOB somewhere in my house. I still felt like a part of me was wondering around the living room...

Ha ha. Awesome...

I've never had a headache after an astral projection, but when I do I have a headache I'll sit down and meditate for few minutes. It usually helps to relieve the pressure.
Next time after after you come out of an obe, try meditating for 10 minutes, see if that'll help get rid of it. It's also a good practice to get into with or without the headace, and is suggested by many people associated with astral projection

I get headaches when I work on my forehead chakra.  Could this have any relationship to your problem?  As in, it's a third eye projection and it's overworking it?
