My allergies are starting to kick in with the arrival of spring, and tend to last a few weeks, but it varies on the weather. I do take medication, but they don't always help.
It makes it difficult to try and focus on phasing when your nose is stuffy, since breath work is important.
Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm sure other people have experienced this problem.
I hear ya! I have year-round allergies that kick in every 2 - 3 weeks for a few days at a time.
I just don't bother to practice when they hit. Or sometimes I'll just meditate instead with no actual goals in mind.
Have you tried Quercetin? I was skeptical, but it actually is helping me.
