Okay Frank who I'm box channeling wants to discuss obstacles with us if you look

Remember those who are experienced the discussion may be valuable to those who are struggling.  Obstacles are ecountered through every stage of spiritual development regardless of your goals So if you can AP and phase the discussion is not limited to those just learning how to do that but also for the experienced people who are willing to share what they find difficult.


I'm going to try to remain as neutral as possible so I don't influence what comes out of the  channeling.  Xanth will have the sound files and will post the ones he feels are appropriate interesting and of best sound quality  but access to the files will be made public in some way I'm not sure if it's going to be on the website or uploaded to a cloud server.

Ill do the session as soon as I'm aware of your responses.  I will record the responses here and with Xanth figure out the best and most efficient way of making the sound files available and still keeping as much transparency as I can as a medium

 I think of the biggest obstacles to this OBE practice is all of the techniques and theories that are based on it. Now we have someone who is on the other side that can finally answer those questions.

So, my question would be, are we in our physical bodies to begin with? Finally knowing the truth about this would get most people on the same page once and for all.

There are many here, including myself that believe and have been shown that we aren't in our physical bodies to begin with. But, in the transcripts I have read from Frank here, they state the need to "escape your body" and use words/phrases like "coming/getting out and stop you from leaving".

Could you ask him to clear this up please?

Just ask if we are in our bodies or not. A simple "yes" or no" answer would suffice for me!

okay understood.  Gonna try to do some work shortly. We're still in a big blow here so hopefully I can get in and post our internet gets knocked out before the power does and it's gusting about 70- 80mph 

When I started doing this, I was initially talking to a philosopher from the 16th century....  NEVER ask him a simple yes or no question.  He would make those even more convoluted OMG I was pulling my hair out.

The initial attempt was made when the eye of left over Arthur was overhead and it was causing distraction with the wind noise and the house rocking but it cleared out an hour later and we did okay.  The sound file improves more towards the end of the recording.

Ill add one more thing that helps  my confidence.  The first recording we did today,  I was really guessing at what was being said and  wrote down the wrong thing. It went something you can make a break from your head... when I wrote it down I heard VERY clearly Not what I said. I stopped analyzing the recording at that point he wanted to either wait out the worst of the storm or do it tommorrow. The weather started clearing up within the hour so I was then called in to record again.

Oh yeah.  There are quite a few of them.  This isn't anything new.

I'm just trying to figure out how exactly these messages are taken out of the sounds.  It sounds like static to me, and maybe what could be taken as an EVP every now and then but there's no way I could hear anything in all that.

She uses the sounds, which you can understand bits of it, along with her clairvoyance skills to "hear" the rest.

The words are buried within the sounds. I listen more to the rythem of the speech rather than phonetics.  At first you can only get the most obvious words and as you practice you get better at picking up the more subtle. You cannot listen to the whole file at once and pick it up. Even with the slow down I did It's not enough to do that. the file is broken up into segments and each segment has to be listened to several times in order to hear the words. I did this with a friend down the street the other day and I realized how hard it is when you've not practiced with it to hear, but once she heard one of the more obvious words I gave her a few more of the less obvious and she was able to hear. So it takes a bit of practice but it can be done. I'm not looking to prove anything I think files are beneficial for those interested and willing to do the work in trying to learn to communicate with spirits.
This is a form of scrying. ... not exactly a traditional form of the art but I think we've decided that's what it should be catagorized as.
If I ever leave the hermit tower I think that's what I would teach is how to track the sound files. LOL
