I just completed tonight's Phase Session. It began at 1:00 am and was over approx 2:10. This was a long one by normal standards. I started my Binaural Beat Mp3 then sat back in my chair and it began. After about 5 minutes I started to get hypnogog imagery. Then all of a sudden a full scene appeared. There were people in front of me dressed in robes with sashes, kind of like Renaissance attire. They were all climbing up a rickety wooden ladder. It looked like it was leaned against some kind of huge stone wall. I watched the last one go by and decided to follow them. So I climbed up the ladder, when I got to the top I saw a village. There was people all over the place. Then I saw a number of people amassed in one area, they asked me if I could give them a hand. They were tugging on a giant thick rope, so I grabbed a hold of it and started to tug. We tugged and tugged, I was wondering what it was we were tugging. As far as I could see, people in front of me were tugging this rope along. Finally I saw what we were all tugging. It was another scene. I was amazed, we had tugged an entirely different scene from what I viewing previously. This one had to do with hundreds of hot air balloons. I let go of the rope and the next thing I heard was a call for help. One of the balloons had broken away from it's anchor and was rising, there was a rope dangling from the balloon cage. I jumped up and started climbing the rope, I could see there was a beautiful woman in the balloon cage above me. I climbed higher and higher and was finally getting close to the cage, then she looked at me and said "you have learned your lesson" and she cut the rope. I started to freefall. I fell right back into the 3D darkness. I immediately thought that was weird and what was she talking about when she said I had learned my lesson. I pondered that for a moment, then a thought came me. I envisioned a anchor in my hand. I swung this anchor with all my might, the anchor was tied to a long rope, that rope was tied to my hand. So, I launched the anchor into the darkness and started to drag it back to me. The first time I did it took an eternity of dragging to finally see something. But this made sense because I finally saw I was pulling a Mountain, complete with the Mountain goat, snow, etc.. The next time I threw the anchor I dragged back a comet, that just happened to be soaring through the air at high rate of speed, so zoom, off I went.
I have always said in the past that I didn't like the "climbing out of the body" or rope technique. Well tonight I was kind of forced into it and have to say I am definitely impress by the results. Three different times I was put into a climbing/tugging situation. I think I have found my new favorite technique. Start off by Relaxing, start noticing, wait for images and toss an anchor into the abyss and see what it pulls back.

I wanted to reiterate once more, what is really unusual here is that when I normally Phase I am seeing from a view of "point consciousness". I rarely see my own body structure. What is different with this technique is I am seeing a body, but also feeling the movement, as in the pulling sensations of this body. But at no time am I feeling a separation as in to the physical zone.
I tried the technique again today. I put on my eye pillow to block out the daylight in my room. Started my Binaural Beat MP3 and started noticing. Immediately I began to receive imagery. For some reason there were giant fish passing by in front of me. There was no water, they just seemed to be wading through the darkness. I stayed with this imagery until it dissipated. Then I swung my anchor into the darkness. It took awhile of pulling until something finally happened. I found that I was walking on a rope too, a tight rope, and I was over a deep cavern in a mountain. I could see the water flowing in the river below me. This was a pretty vivid image. The colors were in credibly vibrant. I stayed here for a while, then chose to go back to the 3D darkness. The next anchor throw drew a completely different experience. Once again this one was being focused on my physical body. I started to pull the rope and the next thing I new there was 4 entities surrounding me. They were what you would describe I guess as a "classic grey alien", with the leathery skin and big eyes. They were giving me some kind of physical test. First they started by rotating my toes, then ankles, then they bent my knee, then elevated my leg. They then proceeded to do the same on the other leg. They then moved up my body to my arms, first my fingers, wrist, elbow, then they raised my arms. Next they flipped me onto my stomach and tested my legs, then arms again. The feeling of this was exactly the same as if I had lifted these myself in the physical. They then flipped me back over looked at me and one of them said "You are ready now". I then found myself back in the 3D darkness and decided to give one last toss of the anchor. This one led me to a area where everything was grids. The plane I was walking on was an entire grid. But, this grid was alive. It was warbling and creating new landscapes in front of my eyes made of this grid. It was difficult to walk on this because it was constantly moving and making new shapes. I stayed there for awhile until I decided to end my session for the day. I wanted to stay longer but was told that my memory recall would be distorted or completely null.
I am really liking this new technique or lesson that is being shown to me. This has moved me to a whole new level.

This sounds like a pretty cool technique to try. I have never done the rope technique, but trying to catch "things" with the anchor is definitely very interesting.

That was a legit story Lion. I like that visualization. I am going to add it to my arsenal.  :-D

This lesson jives with me too. I am finding myself that stronger metaphysical imagery is the key to delving deep. If you can truly live in the metaphysical imagery you create, then you have greater autonomy in phase attempt.

When you make this a welcome part of your life. You find it's as easy as closing your eyes to get results. Constant Brain Entrainment is the key. That and a strong will and determination to delve deeper!

Braintainment  :-P I like it.
