Hello.
If one is more physically active during the day, say, they are shoveling grain or going for long burst jogs, will they have an increase of energy due to residuals that trace within the kinetic matrix?

Part of why some people lose their state of existence is due to the fact that they never change their pattern.  Going for a run seems like a healthy way to increase energy.  It might deplete organic reserves of energy, proper breathing can be used to maintain the energetic state.  If one is only sitting there, looking at sex tapes or typing on a computer, or even just engrossed in meditation, it seems that the health of the person will deteriorate.

People need to stretch, flex, use their muscles.  The entire biological apparatus of the living person is geared towards being used, not sitting there in a state of atrophy.  When we follow the instructions that are given to new students into the world of exercise and health, then we always have a better result to the science of exercise.

Now, I'm not a very muscular man, I've been downsized a couple times, and the forcible injection of neuroleptics has caused me to be very enervated and sleep lots.  I worry about blood clots forming in my system.  When I use marijuana, I want to become more physical, and will go for walks or do something with my body, even if only childish erratic motions.  Cleaning house takes a seat on the back of the bus, for one thing, I live without being very sick.  In fact, the drug they give me makes me sicker than anything, with medicine coming out of my mouth in the form of vomit mixed with spit.  In this state, maintaining my physical organism is not nearly as allowed or capable as when the due date is. 

So if I were to force myself to exercise while in effect range of this dangerous drug, would I be able to increase my muscular body and perhaps even add to the bone structure with genetic relapse mutations?  Being born as a full satyr has it's advantages, unfortunately, my power level (for those who know about power levels) is not as immense as it could be, and without use, has deteriorated.

When we go for a run, we are bypassing the planar gateway at a greater speed, and we can become healthy if we are able to increase our running speed.  There are different ways of running, involving specific muscular tensions in the legs.  People who just one day start to run around will fail due to the fact that they haven't practiced standing, much less running.  IMO, we can also achieve an astral state of a different type when we are involved in a long run, after building the body to the point that it can run long distances.  I used to be able to run for two miles, that was about the limit.  Low speeds, conserving energy, but still able to do it.  Due to the fact that my legs are not my original legs, adjusting to the new body type was hard at first, and there was much pain involved.  Thankful, the expert surgeons who attached the legs were able to patch it with material from the small tail.  Some discomfort, pain, that is another reason why i never won any races and could never quite seem to get comfortable.

As we are running, we are building speed.  Messengers of olden days could run across whole lands, they were 'expert runners'.  When you run like a mad thing, you can later benefit from the enhanced energy state.  I've noticed that when you are running, and you pretty much just go on automatic, your mind enters a picturesque environment, but you don't even notice until well after you break the trance.

Physicality is not about 'flesh'.  It is about the mechanisms and functions by which we can manipulate our own avatars in the physical template.  As a kinetic grid, the law of entropy does maintain itself.  When we meditate, we are building potential, and can achieve altered states by that means.  When we are running, we can develop our physical body, due to the sifting and filtration systems that function in the spatial grid and in the kinetic signature basis of the body itself.
