As I own a 2 channel EEG device I recently had the idea if it may be a good idea to use it to enhance my astral projection training.
As far as I got until now with the training, I astral project once in a while randomly when i fall asleep.
I am fairly new to the eeg and didn't get into all the possibilities deep enough yet to figure out what the ideal session would have to be like. Does anyone of you use the EEG in that area and if so, can you help me out with the session design?
I use the PendantEEG with Bioexplorer...
