I been in to meditation for about 3 years (and i am a Muslim.. Yes i am full Swedish ) and been in to AP for about 1 year... What i feel now is that I'm really in touch with nature and i think i am quiet aware.
Something i notice lately... well for about some month
is that when i close my eyes and just listen or think about someone friend, family, love. I tend to see stuff... I see them in scenarios and i can see people i don't know. I sometimes see them in places i never seen. Some times i just like to focus on places and that works well to i think.
I don´t know if this is ESP that i heard of... When i AP i usually go meet my girlfriend sens we live 60 miles away from each other. (I have been trying to teach her AP shes busy with other stuff tough)
I see energies and auras just when focusing i know that cause i feel that.
First thing i ever read about any of this was about Ki and tryed to learn it first and did. But now I'm not sure if this is ESP or something else...
I have some strange dreams lately to and not like awhile ago... I meet a Angel who said she was "Voler" that means Flying french i never even heard the word and then i asked who? she then said "Your lord" i asked "Allah? (God?)" she said "no maybe tomorrow" then i woke up
this is one of the strange things...
