AP how to??

First of all Welcome to the Astral Pulse!
I would like to say that it will take some time, just to warn you ahead of time.  I have gone for 6 months, 4 of which were trying and I've gotten really close with vibrations and swaying but no concious exit[].  You can check out the main site (www.astralpulse.com) and follow the link on the main page to the Treatise on OBE.  On the obe discussion board you can read Jeff's OBE Tips.  And also I recommend looking at the website http://www.obejournal.com/LifeLineTechnique.htm, it doesn't say there but the original writer recommends trying it sitting up, slightly reclined.

No.  If such a site does exist, then it's rubbish.  There is no "easy how to" for AP because everyone is different, thus everybody's ideal technique is different.  The BEST way to do it is to do as many other peoples' techniques as possible, and adapt the one that works best for you however it feels right to you.
