Hello to anybody! I am new to this website as well as OBE or SP. So I have a few questions & I would like to say what I have experienced. First off, I just had a baby so it's messed with my sleep schedule so I think that's maybe why I've been experiencing SP. My first time I went through it, it was morning around 8. I was sleeping on my bed with my baby(before you freak out, hes on his boppy, not really laying on bed.) I felt pressure on my face & i was hearing sort of a buzzing noise & where my door is there was a tall black shadow that was wearing a hat, sort of like a cowboy hat but not cowboyish. Well now I am having multiple SP episodes every morning, i wake up at 6 to cook my husbands lunch & feed/change baby. Husband leaves at 7 so i put baby on his boppy next to me on my bed & go back to sleep. But this yesterday & this morning when i was in SP i tried to call my dogs name (Lola) so she could bark or do anything to wake me up. Then i tried lifting my arms to grab my baby, it was hard at first but i got them up & i could see them reaching over to grab my baby but then i "came to" & looked at my arms to see that they have not moved since i layed down. Was this "Out of body experience"? Besides that question i have a few more.. This tall black thing i seen, was it from another dimension? Did i enter its world? I was SO terrified of it that it makes me not want to astral project, has anybody seen terrifying thing's? & if so what'd did you do to get over those other "beings"? What can I do to have a good OBE?

Any body part that makes it out is a confirmed projection even if it's short, as for the SP and the shadow figure they both go hand in hand, when most people get into SP, the first thing they mostly experience is the fear of immobilization, and that fear in terms create a being that makes the experience more scary, but the thing is you create these being so you can also uncreate them by letting go of the fear and realising that SP is a natural thing, and sending positive energy towards the created being to transform it into something pleasant. There's no reason to fear Astral projection, anything negative you experience can easily be turned into something positive, in the astral most beings are messengers, to relate a message or knowledge, you just have to be open to it. Overall there's nothing to fear.

Good luck and happy travels:)

i follow another blogger on wordpress that is a nurseing mum and she astral projects from sleep paralysis most nights
