Astral Body Question

Hi - So far I havent been able to consciously fully recall my astral experiences but I have just apon waking up remebered very vivid dreams. The strange thing is I have this gut feeling that all humans have this natural ability depending on the awareness of the individual and also the physical state of health which is the counterpart of the astral body, linked to how open a persons energy centers are. Anyway I have had some intense sensations while asleep such as failing and crashing which is supposdly linked to fear of astral projecting and wanting to get back into the physical body and my heart beating rapidly which is also indication of the heart chakra being too open. Strange thing is all these experiences seem to be occuring as soon as I do meditation (sahaja Yoga) raising the kundalinki and doing bikram yoga. Is this a natural progression to become gradually aware of such things and eventually leading to the revelation of something else as the ego stops most humans from fully releasing their true astral capabilities?

Yes, I think that you are right. Our ego stops our astral abilities, so if we have fear, impatience, greed, or whatever controlls our mind it will make it difficult to project properly.

I think that a work on our ego must be done if we want to progress regarding astral knowledge.

Yes that's the problem....your question is already answered....it's very important what kind of "experience" your soul gains through life and you get marked by them
