astral phase with eyes open?

i just did an ultimute shine meditation i could see blue sky and another bullding in my bedroom when looking at the wall doing meditation. is it possable.this needs  more reaserch i felt like floating up and down aswell.

That is wonderful for you to see things in your bedroom when your eyes were closed.  You can get out of your body if you want to.  It is a perfect opportunity to do it if you wish.  It happened to me a few years ago.  My eyes were closed and I could see everything in my bedroom.  I have never forgotten it.  When it happened I thought, what do I do?  The only thing I thought of was to get out of my body and that is what I did.  I spiritually got out of myself.

i do this all the time its great for the third eye
i look through walls and see the astral with my eyes open

also when walking down the road i delete cars and trees and see whats under them
i also set things on fire in my mind and can see it really clearly

all with eyes open, i believe I'm looking at 2 reality's at the same time and choosing which one is more dominant

cool ill try that i used the normal methods but with my eyes open. id think that would help with imaganation aswell becouse its more feeling than seeing.

That is right, you said your eyes were open.  It should not matter either way if your eyes were closed or open.  You should be able to ap.
