I read astral dynamics by robert bruce,he says once out of body there is a tube near the body that you can jump into and will lead you to the astral planes.Has anyone seen this tube. Also has anyone tried?
I've experienced a tube or tunnel sometimes, but I don't think it will always appear that way. Sometimes it just happens to look like my door, and going through it takes me to the astral. Mirrors and probably posters work like that too.
The only vibrations I have felt involved a feeling of a tube. I felt like I was moving incredibly fast through a tube. I was traveling so fast that I was vibrating violently. I shot upright in bed after about 10 seconds of this.
I used a method where you imagine yourself moving out of the crown chakra and into a tube of bright light. Then I imagined accelerating myself to light-speed. Within moments I was arriving at the Akasha in Monroes' Focus 27 to commune with the higher-self. It works really well, so I've taught it to clients for over ten years now.

What line of work do you do that you teach clients this? I may be interested.

I work as a psychic, medium, healer and teacher in a small country town... where better to learn how to deal with the negative attitudes towards non-christian's working in this field, lol.
Everything I share is written on my website simply-spirit.com The methods may seem too simple, but I have learned over the years that it is the simplest things that do work for us.
Thanks for your interest, I hope you try out the methods.. a 30 day self motivated program of using these methods will give you some results.
