It is easier for me... In fact I often have spontaneous obe during full moon.. And I never had this belief in the first place I just started realizing this after a few consecutive months when I have spontaneous obe during full moon.. So I guess it has to do with the energy of the moon and not just because one believes in it

EVERYONE has a deep seeded belief of this kind about the full moon.  You're raised with the stories that strange things happen on the full moon.

So what you're saying Xanth is that even if I'm speculative, I have some kind of thought about it already?  Like way deep down?

My first few spontaneous obe I wasn't even aware that it was full moon.. I only find it out after a couple of months when I review my journal that's when I noticed that it all happens when it's full moon

You don't always act upon what you consciously are aware of. 
You know a lot of what's going on in this world subconsciously.

Sure, but you are not ruling out that the full moon could have caused it in some way right?
Or actually 'only if you belief' so you do.

I think there is truth in that, that our personal belief creates our reality to some degree, but we also have collective agreements that have their power.

I don't usually have spontaneous projections. What I work with is off intentional trance and meditation. I do find that there is a cyclical pattern as to when I do well and when I fall flat on my face.

I *could* rule it out completely, because it if was a factor then EVERYONE would be experiencing it... but everyone doesn't.  So there has to be another factor involved.

I can't entirely rule it out completely, because who really knows.

A lot of superstition purports to actions under a full moon, I wonder if it's a sensitivity thing?

My cycle is tied to female parts. I'm not sure why it works that way and it is leveling out a bit. ( menapause???) but this could be the origin of the belief. psychic abilities have cultural mystical associations with water and the moon and so I think the belief might be prevelent because of that. It would give the appearance of the moon having an effect when in reality it's just a cultural belief that gets reinforced over time.
