I would suggest you take a look at some of the "sticky" threads in our Welcome to Permanent Astral Topics forum. There is a lot of good information in several of the threads regarding "focus levels" and related subject matter.

Some of the ones that I would suggest reading through are: Achieving Consciousness state for Astral Phasing; Gateway Wave 1 pointers; and Phasing Methods. All of these threads contain a wealth of information that I believe you would find useful and informative in answering your question.

Alternatively, you can place the term "focus 12" in our search engine (at the top of the page) and then see what you come up with. In any event, reading over the posts and threads that I mentioned would be of great benefit to everyone.
