What would be the correct way to speak out to your spirit guides and ask for help with something? I asked this summer if I could have help doing tricks on my skateboard and soon enough I was able to do a few tricks but not perfect. So what is just a easy way to speak out to them, and can I ask them for help in achieving astral projection?

There is no "correct" way.

Just ask...
Speak it...
Think it...
Visualize it...
Write it out...
Remain perfectly silent...
Burp the alphabet if you want...

It really doesn't matter how you say it or what you say.
What matters is the intent placed behind the interaction.

As long as you know what it is you Intend, you could simply yell "BANANA!!" and it would have the same effect.
Remember, what you do is relatively meaningless... this goes for *EVERYTHING*.  It's the *WHY*; it's the *INTENT* behind that action which is important and where the real action happens.

Talk to them in your mind. It's your thoughts. That's all. No prayers or mantras or magickal rituals needed. Just talk and "they" will hear.

Yes. And that even quite literally by asking them to "lend you a hand". If you have exit problems ask them to give you a lift next time you reach the vibrational state. Chances are high they will!
