Gonna ditto that one, Jeff..
Nay
First, you don't make an astral; it's a place/world/universe/dimension... A quick and dirty definition of the astral would be: dreamland... [|)] But maybe some will disagree.
You should read Robert Bruce's docs (http://www.astralpulse.com/downloads/downloads.htm).
ok now how about my 2nd question. how do i get there?
WHAT IS THAT PIC SUPOS ETO BE AND SO PRETY MUCH UR DREAMS ARE ASTRALS sry bout the caps

the astral or the astral realm is where you go most nights when you are asleep.
you dont go there physically but ur astral body does. you can train/practise to be able to stay awake while your body goes to sleep and therefore be completly aware you are in the astral.
but yeah i would highly recommend reading the treatise by robert bruce for a better description and techniques you can use to astral project (conciously enter the astral realm)

maybe this is a question for noobs, forgive me... I am [:I] but I would like to know what the difference is between a lucid dream, and conciously enter the astral realm..
So what your saying is every time I've felt like i was falling and then i wake up is my astral body falling bback in.[:)]

You're more awake when you're in the astral than when you're lucid dreaming plus the lucidity of a lucid dream happens after you've already started dreaming. When you're lucid dreaming you realize you're dreaming. When you're astral projecting you realize you are in fact on the astral and not "dreaming". At least that's what I've heard.
ohhh thank you! [:D] I'm new to this, so please forgive me, I didn't know any better.
how can you tell when it's an astral experience rather than a lucid dream. is it one of those dreams when it feels more real than others. where it actually feels like you're there and the images seem to be clearer.
ive heard around the forum of astrals. but what exactly is an astral and how do you make one?
