Attaining High Vibes While Awake

Hello fellows... 

     I had experiences where I begin to feel electrified and feeling some vibration where, while I am still conversing with someone, feel as if aspects of myself are almost splitting. 

     I begin to have clearer thinking and faster access to knowledge as my mind's eye starts creating images to correspond with my thoughts, or produces other images to increase this 'high vibe'.  Then I am sure I am in connection with an other world.  The euphoria of being feeling vital is something I do miss when I do not feel this high vibes. 

     Usually such vibes are induced by clinging to high thoughts for a while, observing the wavering of the sunbeams on bricks, or trees' leafs.

     The question is, How could I induce it more at will rather than being at the mercy of chance?

To induce vibes ;
open in protection
deep cleanse ;crown down
power up ; raise energy from the feet to the crown

Try the throne position leaving bare feet flat on the floor .Pull energy up from the balls of the feet and the insteps and heels where energy centres occur either ;

Sit in an armchair to power up 
bring lower legs together after you are done ,
and separate from the body when vibes begin
or
sit on the side of the bed to power up
and lie down in the fetal pose slowly bringing lower legs together to OBE

I've had experiences before when I am hitting my boxing bag, where I'll think to throw a punch and my astral arm seem to move before the physical one. The body then generally follows and then punch comes off very quickly and efficiently. I've never experienced vibrations like this. Perhaps it's not my astral arm at all. It's the only way I can describe it. Perhaps etheric?
