I've been trying to SP for quite a while now. Now the idea that came to my mind is: what if I stay up for at least 24 hours straight, then I have a 4-5 hour sleep and then do the WBTB method? Many people say they get SP when they are really tired. Could anyone give somewhat of a confirmation to this or give me some advice on how to achieve sleep paralysis more easily? Thanks a lot! :)
In order to start becoming somebody, you have to realize that you are nobody.

It sounds like you have the wrong end of the stick.
You don't want to experience the wider reality?
SP is just a part of the process during this journey and some of us don't even get it's associated actions.
It tends to be more prominent for beginners but it's not necessary.
Look at the end result you want to achieve, this is being awake experiencing a non physical environment.
SP is like a tree at the side of the road near your destination. You drive by it, knowing the destination is around the corner.
A signpost of sorts.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

Szaxx said it well.   You do not need to get sp to ap.   You can ap other ways.   Let what happens happen.    I would not sleep deprive as it is not necessary.    You can still ap without going to that extreme.
