You in no way have to be religious or have any beliefs of an afterlife, life beyond the physical, or really any beliefs at all. What you probably do need to have is a desire to project and be open to its possibility. Patience and practice are going to be a big plus as well.

I'm almost a newbie in this kind of stuff (Hemi-Sync, OBE ,etc.) and I read some of the topics in this forum since August but didn't read all all of it yet. Still I'm more than overwhelmed of your enthusiasm in this kind of stuff.

So it is normal not to have so much enthusiasm in this things.
Cause this is used by lowlevel-governments for mind control.
This a very new stuff for the mass society, i'm not trying to run to.
Everything you need you already have for an OBE,this i can garantee you.You are not forced to use external technolgy, use your internal spiritual 'technolgy', because this is in a longer view more advanced,in my eyes.But you can integrate such things to have experience with this stuff and transform them to spiritual knowledge.

To cut a long story short...to my Question.

I'm not very religious but still I believe in some higher power (many people might believe that way).
I started using the Gateway CD's because a friend of mine told me about OBE's etc. and I was very fascinated about it.
At the beginning I felt at least something (some control over my body etc.)
Then I stopped for a few weeks because I was sick and I wasn't quite sure if it's good to be sick and perform hemi-sync. When I started again I couldn't do it. Well, I just can't concentrate and most of the time I fall asleep.

It is already aproved that sounds cause an effect on the visual perception.Like in videogames people develop better graphics and invest much more in this,than in sound development.
Even if sound is more important in games, because they create an interesting atmosphere, the user can drift in easyly.
Point one is,that sounds cause some visual effects in mind.
Point two is that outer objects like radio,tv,audio cause
external attention and mind disortion.
That is the diffrence between 'fake' OBEs and 'real' OBEs
Cause it is very usual in dayly life to pay attention to such things, you will be very sick of to go 'inside' you,you will sleep.
Tiredness is caused by strong focus on some objects,so try to focus on the infinity and give your mind not words like "i go sleep now"
but words like "i will have a clear, beautiful dream".
You say you concentrate bad,this is paradox you concentrate very well.


Now, after I was reading a few more entries of this forum I'm kind of confused. Do I have to be religious to archive an OBE? I have to say that I'm very science orientated and it is hard for me to believe in things that are not proven.

Even if you not a religious person,everybody does believe something.
You can believe in truth or not, this is up to you.

but now a different short question about believes...is Remote viewing possible (or did you archive it?) that is the stuff I find most interesting about hemi-Sync...but I'm not quite shure if the things I see while remote viewing are real or just in my imagination...

Before I had my first OBE I was very science oriented and still am. Science and astral are compatible, but science is only recently progressing enough to measure astral things. I thought anybody who thought astral projection or was real was delusional. The way I proved to myself it was real is by finding the connection between astral and physical reality: telekinesis. I suggest you practice telekinesis until you've done it at least 5 times then your brain must accept that reality is not what it appears to be.

Hey great idea...
see, the problem is that I've only read about this kind of stuff in books before I've found these forums but here are people who tell me these things and it is much easier to believe in things people say than things that are printed in a book...hope it's not too weired... []

A friend of mine and I try to prove that OBE's are "real" with a different method...and maybe somebody can tell me if this is possible at all...
I put a note on my cupboard...well, he has not the possibility to read it...and hopefully he can read it with the aid of remote viewing...and the situation vice versa
Hopefully my interpretation of Hemi-Sync and Remote Viewing is right and this method is possible...

I have done tests similar to your "note". It worked 3 times, but I dont do those tests often.

Sometimes I feel more relaxed when sick than I do when I'm not sick.  When I get sick, everything becomes easier to concentrate on.  If you don't believe me, check it out next time you have a fever.  Relax and see how fast you can get into a trance.  Works well for me!  Only problem is- I can't always stay sick! []  Good luck!

The problem that I couldn't focus while I was sick might have been because of other external influences and not because of my sickness, still I'm not quite sure about it...we'll see next time []
