Phasing Techniques Please

I am very interested in this concept of phasing so if somebody could help me out with some methods

I've never quite grasped the meaning of phasing. Is it related to remote viewing?

Phasing is a method of astral projection that involves "phasing" directly into astral as opposed to the "traditional" method of exiting into your immediate surroundings. Here's a great read by the man who created the methods talked about around here:

Yes phitau, it usually starts off as remote viewing and then evolves into a lucid, dream-like experience.

Except that you are not usually viewing an actually physical site.  You imagining something and it comes alive.  You are remotely viewing focus 2 of consciousness (according to Franks model of consciousness)
