I've just started using the Monroe Institutes gateway series. I'm just starting on Wave 1, the first one in it. it's really good.

I have a few of those 'hemi-sync' cds from the monroe institute.

they're pretty cool [8D]

my collection so far includes-

-'transcendence'-induces deep trance, but it's difficult to stay awake once you get down to a certain point.a good 'borderline state' exercise cd.it's probably possible to learn to project using this one,but it would take a lot of practice.

-'tribal journeys'-a fascinating blend of binaural pulses, and repetitive african drumming.once, when I got half-way through the cd,I suddenly got the rushes that signal the astral body leaving the physical.it only lasted a second, because I surprised myself out of it[:O].

-'think fast'-a self hypnosis cd that is supposed to increase the efficiency of the brains information processing.haven't had this one for very long.

I have all of the Gateway series "Wave" and "focus levels" and "holosync" levels. I have studied all levels of these programs then modified them into multi-layered frequencies with variant frequencies for each ear then increased volume so that you can hear the frequency perfectly yet a low sounding, soothing rain is also implemented where it doesnt mask the pitch frequency.

Better than holosync and gateway series.

I am listening to it right now not even meditating. If you try this with holosync you will attain little to no results. Holosync needs you to do nothing and listen to their rain where the rain almost completely masks the frequency.
I can feel different parts of my brain working then it becomes whole mind sync'd. I feel an intense overwhelming sensation in the center of my brain like a super concentrated source of heat and porwer that spread to my enitre brain. Then I feel an ultra overwhelmed power-trance-focus after 10 minutes.

Holosync, hemisync and other have nothing compared to my stuff.

There have been a number of past threads regarding binaural sounds. You may want to read them over. Use our search engine and you should have no trouble locating the past topics.

A few other binaural cds that have been discussed during the last year have been those from Brain Sync and Awakened Minds. Some people have liked these also because the price was relatively inexpensive.

Here are the links:

While scouring around for binaural sounds, I came across this webpage:
www.astral-projection.org and it claims that you are "guarenteed a projection or your money back". I'm a little wary of such claims, I mean, if it really did work all the time, then wouldn't everybody have it by now? Have any of you used this product, and if so, does it work as it claims?
