BWGEN progress?

Well, I'm having nice sucess with the Psychic Lucid Dream pre-set.  I listen to this track for 35-40 min before I go to sleep for the night and it has given some nice  recallable dreams.  Not all of them are lucid though and in the morning I feel really good, not groggy at all  and mentally alert. This comes in handy for those 8am classes.  Also I have noticed a slight decrease in the length of sleep needed.

Also I am using the Deep Mind four, not everyday, just when I'm crunched for personal quiet meditative time.  There are some slightly different results than what I was expecting.  The track brings about a good relaxation when you sink into the frequencies and soon the hypnotic imagery starts.  Instead of proceeding to a projection opportunity, the hypnotic imagery gets increasingly stronger and later forms into lots of visions. Some stronger than others.  It is a little confusing sifting through all of it.

i was relativly successful with the deep meditation track.

I used the Deep Mind 4 track and the built in Deep Meditation a few times.
So far I haven't had any noticeable changes using Deep Mind 4.
With the Deep Meditation preset I usually have a lot of mental chatter in the beginning, then decide to try and quiet my thoughts down, then I wake up 30-45 minutes later in a daze and I don't know where I am. In that sense it is working, because I usually don't even get that deep when I am trying to sleep. I am going to incorporate my little buzzer gadget into these meditations so when I fall asleep the buzzer will go off and bring me back.
