Mastering Astral Projection

Hello,

I was wondering if many here have read and/or completed this book/course. I'm up to day eight and so far its pretty interesting.
Also wondering if anyone that has done it has made a blog or a record of their experiences? I've been doing this myself and keep thinking how it would be pretty cool to read someone else's experiences.

Well I'm still sort of confused about the whole astral projection thing but I am aware of my energy body becoming somewhat detached from my physical body at times.
When I'm psi linking with someone else my energy body leaves my physical body and goes inside of theirs and moves around freely inside of me and vice versa.
There's always a safely line where my conciousness remains attached to me but I always have to withdraw a great deal of myself out of the other person after our energy interaction is complete.
I can also have my energy body leave my physical body and go in search of a person, find their consciousness and bring them back to me.
Then we can both stay together in the astral/energy form for a time before returning to our own seperate bodies.
