I would not buy from that site...
Brain wave generator is free but I personally don't like it. Buy some cds/tapes from the Monroe institute online. Or if you have I tunes you can DL inner journeys by the Monroe institute.

Ive tried the trial of bwgen and it seems like a great little program. Couldnt recommend it enough. Im not sure if its legal to get wav versions of bwgen files, think it probably is ok though...
Just play the preset in bwgen and use an audio stream recorder like "Total Recorder" to record the stream as a WAV or MP3...I do this then play it back on my portable MP3 player whilst laying in bed....
