It is also a personal journey, where you learn more about yourself.

Yeah it's there to be explored, so why not? It's a whole other side of life. It's just as much a part of us as anything else, in my opinion. So why do anything?

Mabye you should read some books to learn of this. Robert Monroe, Rosalind McKnight, Albert Taylor, Bruce Moen have some great books out.

One of the main points about Astral projection, and why we are seeing such a rise in recognition of it, is that it proves beyond doubt the continuity of life after the death of the physical body. When you AP, you go to the place where you will transition to after your current life on Earth is complete.

Last century such proof was provided by mediums and chanelling, in this "new age" the intelligences of the higher spheres deem it far more preferable to visit the Astral, rather than Astral beings visiting Earth.

I have never AP'ed because I don't know the point of it.  Does it help with realizing your energy or is it just for fun?
