Title: Clarification on Techniques and Methods?
Post by: Velfort on November 30, 2015, 22:53:52
Well since I've started Astral Projecting, I've only had one experience with it so far (other than the times I've done it when I was a child) For the most part I've tried the Rope technique, and the  "Nothing" method, which has gotten me to the vibrations. But the thing I'm most fascinated with is the mind states I find myself while trying to Project. After some time I find myself as if someone has snapped their finger and I'm so much more aware. I notice I've lost track everything that's happened, but I know for a fact I haven't fell asleep. I'm just very puzzled on the projection methods. I try to notice things, but it doesn't lead to anything. I get to the vibrations but I'm not sure what to do during them. Please any help?

 Hello Velfort and Welcome!

It sounds to me like you are doing fine. Just keep doing what you are doing. The vibrations are a "signpost" of an approaching shift in consciousness. They show you that you are on the right track. Passively observe them and stay the course.

The Stickies in this Forum are loaded with great methods/techniques. Take a look and find one that "feels" right to you. Then hone it until you have found your own blueprint for success.

When you get vibrations, try different things and see what works for you.   I would write everything down in what you are doing.   You can look back and see what you have tried.   I would write what type of vibration you got.   What exactly did you do.   Were there any thoughts.   Sometimes thoughts can wreck it.   Sometimes you do not have to do anything.   You just have to wait.  It happens without you trying.  There are other factors as well.   It is important to write things down and try and work out what went wrong.   That is what I did.
