It would have to be REM sleep. You project when you sleep, so you were basically doing the same thing.

Hi there,

Last night i lied in my bed and relaxed. I waited until my body gets paralyzed. Opened up my chackras and powered them by stirring with my mental hands. Then i decided it was the right time to get out of my physical body and left my body. With my astral body i moved through the window and flied thru the roof. I could feel my physical body and my astral body at the same time. When i see the roof of my house my eyes started to move rapidly. It was REM for sure. I thought i was actually doing that but it was just a reflex. My eyes were moving so fast that i tried to simulate the same thing while i am awake and couldnt move my eyes like that.

I searched in some books but couldnt figure out anything. So i want to ask you about it...

Do this happen?

And what does it mean?

Any ideas?
