you mentioned that you can feel your energy. the next time you make the "shift", try forcing yourself to completely focus on your own spirit, then use your energy to solidly stick your spirit to the body of the other person. then try to get some information out of whoever is with you.

i have no experience with this sort of thing, but i hope my suggestion helps.

another technique you could try (but you might have already) is to focus your thoughts on the person who you jumped into, try to feel a link to that person as though they were standing right beside you, or as though you were right inside them again. then try to communicate with them using your energy.

Hi I was wondering if you could help me out with some experiences I have had, and that trouble me. These are very unique ones and are not of the ordinary, so I cannot find any information online about them, could someone tell me what they are or how to expand on this.

      It happened at school I was sitting on the floor in our band room talking to my best friend when the lunch bell rang. As I started to turn to go up the stairs to the door I was all of a sudden not there, I was taken to a snowy feild where I was kneeling on my hands and knees, and my side hurt badly and I was very cold from the snow. At first I was a little disoriented, almost like waking up from a dream. I also noticed that the body I was in had black angel like wings. Then I realized I wasnt alone and that a man wearing all black stood in front of me, he had a long black cape on made or some material I didnt know, and his boots where that of a leather that was forgin to us here on earth. As I kneeled here in the snow I noticed this man had a sword (now all this time I didnt try and look at the man I was staring at his feet and knees) and this sword was dripping blood, the sword had to emerald like dragons on them with mysterious glowing eyes. Thats when I deceided to get a better look at this man, and I started to bring my eyes up to look at his face, but I didnt make it that far. I got to his chest and noticed he had very long silky black hair with a long dark blue streak in it. I also noticed that there were two moons a luminesant blue one and a strange orage like one, in the background. Then I was back in the band room, and the bell was still ringing. I was shaken and my friend looked at me like she knew something had just happened, all I did was tell her I will tell you later in which I did. (me and my friend that were there are very close we were sisters in a past life and are able to read each others energy, when this happened she said it was like I dissapeared, my energy could not be sensed on this plane)

      This was the first time I experiences this, also I have had many memories of my mind of past lives. Most of my memories are of another world I call Alecien, and I go by the name Raillyn, in which I use to this day in my writings, and nickname. Another detail I have of Raillyn is her wings, just as I described it they were black angel like wings. And the world I was taken to was just as Alecien was in my past, but what I dont understand is how she is there while I am here, when we are the same person.
     
      Another time I had an experience was when I was yet agian fully awake. I was down stairs in my room watching tv when all of a sudded I wasnt there. I was laying on a leather like couch, I could feel the cool leather under me and it smelled strange like a beeswax with lemon smell,I saw in front an old looking fire place, there was a fire burning, I could fell the heat from it, and smell the smoke. I remembered my other experience and wasnt as nervious of the one, so I sorta half sat up leaning on my elbow for support, to get a better look around. I was in a small den like room, there were bookselves all around with old looking books on them. Then a man walked in, he went over to the fire, stired it and started to walk towards me, then sat down, once agian I didnt get a good look at his face, and I was taken back to my body.  Once agian I was in the body of the girl I described in my first experience, Raillyn.

      None of my senses were hightened, I did not hear strange noises as described in Astral Projetion., When I was there it was like this world (earth) did not exsist to me, I was that person and had memories from them, and felt that my real life here was nothing but a dream, just as I thought when I would return from the Alecien world. In a way I was not content to return to my current body and would of wished to stay there (I found that out each time I returned to earth, I wanted to go back and yearned for it). When I was brought back, those memories and experiences that I picked up from Raillyn where drove into my mind, I knew it was another world or another realm, but I did not know where I was in the world at those times just that I was in Alecien or a world much like it. I also dont know why this keeps happeneing to me. I have tried many times to go back with all the techniques I have seen and yet I can only go back when I do not wish it, and return the same way when I do not wish to return. I was wondering if there was some other way you might sugest I return I wish to talk to the people there for they most likely hold the reason to why I am here while Raillyn Exists there.

(Both experiences in the other world had to of been years apart for time had pasted in both worlds. I was 14 at the time of my first and 17 for the next, now I am 19 and awaiting another experience).

I want to find out why, I know they hold the answers to many of my questions. What Im scared about is if I go I will forget about this world, for as I described before when I am there this world is but a dream. But I do know I need answers to so many things and that world reminds me so much of the world of Alecien, could it be my soul or body was split in two and one lies here on this world and the other in Alecien? Please email me, I wish to learn what I can do about this. The reason I think they hold information about what happened to me if because, as I said Raillyn, exists there and here with me, and if that is infact Alecien they would know why due to that being my old homelands.

P.S. If any of this is confussing Im sorry, I just got an email that was useless,they tried to tell me it was Exlocation, and that I was lost in my mind. I have done research on exloaction and this is not it these things were real not memories of my past.
