Creating Astral Beings

So, im reading this book, and it says that all your fears manifest on the astral, and they take form, and they might harass you, or others if you do create this beings consciously and with that purpose, okay, i get that, BUT how about.... you creating a positive being that would serve as a protector, or look out for dangerous entities out there, it might even serve the function of a helper, if the creator so desires,  of a certain person...

What do you guys think? has anyone created positive beings in the astral?

Yeah those are servitors(tulpas) you can create them, form, mold , and program them to serve any intents and purposes you would like. Even "spying" lol.

Depending on who you ask, it can be pretty difficult, to actually keep it 'consistent' and "alive". But the process itself isnt hard.
