Astral Projecting, and Astral Phasing

my buddy told me that phasing is more, inner concentration, instead of trying to leave the body externally, try to concentrate inside your position, to the state which you are in the astral realm


is this correct? if so what do you reccomend, because personally for some reason i feal the inner way is easier but who knows

and how would you go about trying to do it that way??





any general tips would be greatly apprecieated
