Ah, well what you do is first select the "Play Into .WAV File".

Then take that WAV file and load it into iTunes.

Then in iTunes select the file and select "Advanced" from the menu and then "Create MP3 Version".

And voila!  MP3.  :)

There's no .wav file, the download unzips into a text file, an .mp3, and the mystery .bwg file. Apparently software is needed to play it. It stands for Brain Wave Generator. I'm doing more research now. But why don't you just play the MP3, they might be the same thing.

BWG files are the files created for use with Bwgen.  You run the Bwgen program and import the BWG file.

Once you do that you can use my instructions above to finish the MP3.

OK, the app which plays those files can be found at http://www.bwgen.com/bwgen31.exe

So once you install BWGEN follow Xanth's directions.

PS Windows Media Player can play .wav files

BWG files are only readbale by the Bwgen program.  They're a base file with just the information required to cause the binaural sounds.

As I said above... you have to Import them into the program, play them into a WAV file, then convert that WAV into an MP3.  At which point you can load them into your iPod.
