Conscious projection question

I have now been meditating daily for about 8 months with a few exceptions because of a life with small kids.
I don't get the strange sensations as in the start anymore. I use a mantra to meditate and mostly after about 15-20 minutes I feel a slight shift away from this reality (sensory input feels a less significant).
I believe this is the mind awake body asleep state or focus 10? - also when I stay in this state for a while it refreshes my energy better than a nap.

While in this state I sometimes see a short video sequence of something random like about 2 seconds. I have found that if I log on to this in a kind of soft and not to forcefull way I can prolong it, and it feels at the same time, that I slip away from this reality very fast.
Is this a way to conscious project?

Thanks for your time.

Yes to all of your questions.  :-)

You have learned to "Phase/shift" out and are learning to anchor/ground yourself there as well. To further establish this "anchor", try to use your other senses. Try to touch something, smell something. What do you hear? By doing this, you deepen your interaction with this new Reality/Realm. In no time 2 seconds becomes a minute, then 10, then who knows!

This is why I close my eyes during the day and just practice using my "etheric body". It could be just stretching my arm to touch a tree a hundred feet away. Or, trying to see what my house looks like from above me. The longer I stay in the state, the more vivid the visuals actually are.

You are doing great, a pat on the back is well deserved now!  :-)

Thanks Lionheart.

OK, I will try to practice to logon to those visuals.

But these visuals only come sometimes by themselves, so when they do I need to catch them.
Is there a way/trick to make these visual appear?

You could try to jump start them by using your own visualizations. Examples: Shooting the ball in your hand at the basket in front of you. But, do not look for the ball in your hand or the basket in front of you. Just know they are there. Keep it impulsive.

I find using some form of a "ball" to be very beneficial. Since sooner or later your sense of touch is going to get used and you will feel the ball as well. You just might hear it bounce or hit the rim/swish. It depends on how good a shot you are, lol!  8-)

Hi Lionheart,
Do you think that the more time you spend in the mind awake body asleep/focus 10 state, the more you anchor/ground yourself in the "astral world"? - I'am thinking of meditating more, because right now I only use a half hour each day...

Hey man. For the most important part for conscious projecting is being able to set your intent in pure detail. Let yourself relax, I would say getting into a deep relaxation&deep state of mind before you even attempt. This is what I do. Once You have done that completely, State your intent. Don't focus on your physical body. Keep a clear mind. I don't know how I do it, It just happens. Ok, I got it. "Be one with your consciousness". Meaning that, Just go with the flow. Let your consciousness guide you. Somewhat. If you can get up to this stage you are doing great. Now, Just feel it, Now, you would be feeling like your dropping into a more deeper state of relaxation, Let it relax you, For me, When, I go deeper My mind goes with my body, as if it is fall, this might not be the same with you. Once you are ready, You may started to feel vibrations, I only got vibrations last night and it is scary for the time. always remember man, Fear is a choice.

Good luck on your journey.
