is focus 27 area of after life alone?

well from what i understand reading the posts here that at focus 27 we can create whatever we intent right?

then is it possible to bring living persons to focus27 even if they don't believe in such things.or only dead ,i mean physically dead?if we can intend for the appearance of someone living will they appear? will it be someone like their clone or will they appear in their unconscious state?

if what i have understood about focus 27 is wrong please excuse me and give a clear picture of what focus 27.

Focus 27, according to my understanding of Robert Monroe, is also known as 'the park', and it is a nice sort of place where decent people go when they transition to the non-physical. There are also individuals here in the physical who can 'phase' into the astral and (see the Pemanent Astral Topics forum for descriptions of 'phasing') also to focus 27.
