I'm certainly no physicist, but I like to think that there is a correlation between the theorised multiverse/multi dimensions talked about by scientists, and what we experience in OBE and AP.
There is yet no unified theory of everything, (the holy grail of physics) because there is something fundamental wrong our current theories. Why won't the relativity theories agree with quantum mechanics? We must be missing something, or am I wrong?
What if, and this is only my hunch not based on anything solid, what if we discovered the one unifying theory and it explained our experiences scientifically? That would be cool, would it not? :-)
