Title: eyes and exit in A.P.

i am having some problems and cant find answers i hope someone can answer them,

1. Firstly, on many techniques should i have my eyes closed or open and should  keep them closed?
   how do i see the astral is it the minds eye?

2. Secondly, i'm not sure whether to move physicaly on a rollout technique or create the feeling i am what
    are you supposed to do

             i'd appreciate any repliesto help :-)

1.  Eyes should be closed.  You see the astral rather like you see when you dream (when your eyes are also closed).  Alternatively, you may find you can see through your eyelids.

2.  You move as if you are moving physically, but by the time you are ready to separate, you also should know without a doubt that it won't be the physical that moves.  Because of the physical reality of rolling out, it will feel a little strange, and you may have one or two doubts in your first few experiences as to whether you are ready or not.  One way to test this is to move just your (second) arm and if you know that your physical arm hasn't moved, then that's a good indication that you are ready. 

Of course if in doubt, you could always roll anyway.  If you land on the floor with a big thud - you weren't ready.  :-D
