Physically moving a body part at first may seem contradicting but I can see how this would work. Thanks for the idea. It may help someone out.
Well, there are A LOT of misconceptions flying around regarding techniques where you focus on a part of your own physical body.
The general misconception is... how can you project when you're focusing upon something physical? Isn't the very nature of that focus going to keep you from projecting?
The answer is *NO*.
You can, quite literally, focus on ANYTHING... as long as you're focusing on that to the exclusion of everything else. Whether it's focusing on your breathing, third eye location, a moving finger... it doesn't matter. As long as you can do that one thing to the exclusion of everything else going on around you, you can use it to project with.
I see this technique leading to a Real Time Zone projection.
I find that when I use a method that focuses on my physical body, that when I do finally project it is to the room I am currently in, or a replica in another Dimension.
This seems to be a very easy way to get a projection, atleast for me. I've tried this method yesterday and projected successfully into my room as Lionheart stated above.
I have never heard about this technique. Thanks for sharing about it. I usually do WILD techniques to get a lucid dream.
