I stumbled upon this forum for the first time today, first i must say that I am most definitely glad to have found such a wonderful resource for questions and answers on such topics. I was reading up on the frank kepple theory and discovered that most of what he explains there i have been practicing for a number of years without quite knowing what i was doing.  I have always moved my consciousness from my physical body to my "energy body" as i have always called it, which brings me to a state of awareness outside/inside myself, i become almost unaware of my real body in the sense that i am nothing and everything all at once. Since i was about 13/14 (i am 22 now) i have practiced being aware of energy in and around everything all around me as i walk the "real world" therefore i find it quite easy to slip into my state of what i call everything and nothing, a very interesting state to feel i assure you.

Only a couple times did i try to take it further than connecting myself to this state but I'm thinking that perhaps i will take it further now.

one of my memorable experiences was this:

I brought myself to my state of feeling everything and nothing and focused in on this feeling as if i was swinging on a hammock which became a spinning counterclockwise with my head at the pivot point, and suddenly i saw a solid white circle with what looked like medieval print in black and when i tried to focus on the writing (i continued the spinning but the circle was stable it did not move) i lost the whole image and became completely aware of myself in my bed again. Intrigued i repeated the process and to my delight was brought right back to where i had been with a few differences, the circle was black and the text was then red and in symbols, this time i didn't try to read what i saw believing that i was not ready or not yet capable to comprehend what i was being shown. after that realisation i came out of my "trance" with a very comfortable ease and have never quite had an experience like it.
