Title: few questions
Post by: Blacklight on February 24, 2014, 08:25:53
Hello again, folks. I nearly forgot everything about the astral stuff (glad I didn't read Erin's blog, heard it's bad), and I'd like to ask some questions. Some may be dumb, others may not.

So - are there any easy methods? And by easy, I don't mean myself imagining that I'm walking on a beach (hehe), or anything similiar. Is the 'roll out' method still viable? Also, how am I to perform them? With closed eyes, or not? Because if with closed eyes - it's actually hard because they tend to open, and I probably shouldn't "force" them to be closed.

I have been sometimes feeling like I was dreaming, now the problem is I wasn't - is there something that could 'explain' it.

What's up with all this third eye, stuff, could someone elaborate?

And when I actually get there (i'll project), how will it be? I will walk like in the physical world?

Does God exist?

Does the age matter? Do I see things that I actually believe in? Can I die? (probably no)
Do demons exist? Oh, and also - is Erin's blog good for a beginner? I heard various opinions on that one.

and now.. the dumbest of all; why do i see dots in front of my eyes when it's dark

cheers, and in advance thanks for teh answers.

If a four year old can walk around a darkish wood at night and fly around with no problem, I would say it's a good call on being safe.
Erin and the like, well they're very good at something, that being scareing themselves silly.
I wouldn't recommend reading too much into that sort of, well fear mongering bs.
Basically, you go to sleep and keep your mind ticking over. You can hear yourself snore if that applies and it's a good sign your body is sleeping.
Chakras, third eye, meh, leave that stuff until it becomes apparent if ever.
God, if you accept an overall oneness with everything and wait until the day you experience it for yourself, you can decide for yourself.
Dots, these are normal when the lights are out initially. Anything like spotty pyjamas may answer the rest.lol
I'm working on a simple routine that requires no doing anything really. It still being written at the moment.
Hope this provides some peace of mind.
