What is phasing?

I have been reading this site for a while now, I have had 1 OBE (a few weeks ago), and anyway, I was wondering what astral phasing is! If you can tell me, that would be great, but a link to an in-depth description would be great. I've done a search but found nothing. Thankyou!

In a nutshell, it's the same process to get a WILD.  I suspect the intent is different or something, although I believe Frank holds that there is no difference between a WILD and a Phase to focus 2 (except in a WILD you are in your own space I guess).
