Focus level question?

So I'm new to the idea of focus levels, and after reading a little about them I wanted to see where I was at.  I concentrated on focus 23 and told myself I wanted to see it.  I started to move down and stopped myself because I had thought that it would be higher than where I was.  I then decided I wanted to see the highest realm I was able to enter and started moving back up.  I ended up on a multi-colored slide, but I was sliding up instead of sliding down.  At the very top of the slide was a small round hole.  So whats the highest focus we can actually enter?

I found a book on the subject, but it only gives details about levels 34&35 as a combined state.  It says that these levels are a meeting spot for different parts of one entity to regroup.  I also found a statement about leaving the etheric body behind and traveling in a true state.  I took this as the separation of the soul from the spirit.  Is this a common topic or are there any articles/threads here.  I have searched without any luck.  Any thoughts?
