The gateway CDs (and Wave 1 is sufficient) are helpful to assist your efforts. The techniques in Astral Dynamics are enough on their own, but the CDs can shorten the time required to use them. Wave 1 is not too annoying for me. Neither is Series 2 Astral Trance by Brainwave Mind Voyages. Some people here are finding the BWGen program to be helpful in the same sort of way by (temporarily?) replacing the presets file with presets to import, bypassing the need to pay a registration fee. Of course, before you use any sort of auditory help it is good to try without them.
I've begun working with Wave-1 after spending some months with the techniques learned in Astral Dynamics. I find that the Wave-1 has been integrating nicely so far, though I can see that they (the cds)are more of something to abet the process for a limited time.
I think I'll just finish the book and then decide if I should get them right away.
Just an update. The Wave-1 cds have been most helpful. For the weeks I've been using them they seem to have helped to accelerate the process. So, for my part, I'd have to say they've been useful.
Hi guys, I've been reading your conversation on these GATEWAY CD's and have looked on the internet for them...looks like the first set is $90-99. Anyways, I'm just beginning to read ASTRAL DYNAMICS. Would you recommend that I get these CD's and start using them now? Or would you recommend me getting them upon completion of the book?
