Thank you sooo much! This one answers all the questions I have seen so far on this forum. It appears that you have covered all the necessary bases to achieve all that Hemi-Sync has to offer, with the tonal downloads for the Brainwave Generator and this short, but complete, explanation of the numbered "focus" states.

This material is copyright Monroe Institute, and would usually accompany their audio products one would think. But we have acknowledged their copyright herewith, and are not of course providing copies of the CD's or tapes. This could be construed as good marketing for TMI.
