I went to an examination at the hospital, and didn't eat for 24 hours before the examination, and after the examination I did the noticing exercise and viewed some super sharp images in my mind.
Anybody knows if diet has an impact on the quality of meditation experiences (sharpness and other things)?

Thanks

Regards

I think the only issue one has to be aware of is anything which causes physical discomfort to the point where you can't ignore it.

Also, be aware that the heavier the food you eat the longer it can take to digest AND the more blood which goes to your stomach to assist in the digestion process.  This could also have a minimal impact on your practicing.

My husband found that quantity was important. Being full is grounding. So if your looking for less of that then eat lighter. I eat a diet that ideally is about 80 % low calorie vegetables. Vegetarian diets are popular but I find that I get bloated with gas and the gas is highly distracting when trying to work.

It might because of this: http://drbass.com/sequential.html ?
Because food that we digest quickly shouldn't be in there for long

:-D :-D :-D  You know that happens. My husband's a writer. He got a note from the editor at the publisher he works for and it turned out some of the stuff he had written a technique he devised was already published. He pulled it out of the air and had no idea that anyone ever used it. He had never heard of the group that published it. He's kind of a recluse and this was from a magical lodge, so it wouldn't be his type of thing anyway.  He ended up having to change it but told me about  how it kinda freaked him out when he saw the " original" publication. so your right I shouldn't come down so hard. I get a little defensive about Cacye that's all. I'm a great fan of his medical intuitive work.

Edgar Cayce 1877 - 1945.
I don't think he had a website, he may have known about them though. Lol.

Couldn't resist this one.

szazzy your wrong about that one. His organization does. I think his grandson runs it.  His way of running his readings is what gave me the idea of how to do the channeling I had been taught.   He ran it by snail mail.

I found the site shortly after posting. I nearly changed the words to emphasise during his earthly time, alas you spotted the tiredness working itself upon me. Lol.
