I don't see why beings would want to touch you or your chakras(man that sounds dirty for some reason), anyways, you'd think they'd get bored after awhile and move on to some other random activity. It doesn't seem logical that for days random beings would be touching you for no reason, really if such is the case I would say they're subjective and you need to erase them from your mind. If you know of members that have constant astral sight of beings that like to touch them for days then I'd like to know who they are to study this touching epidemic! *softly touches your chakra*

LOL...Sola....I'm rolling on the floor laughing!!!! I think that probably "stimulate" is more accurate & appropriate! Yeah, when they initially started stimulating my chakra's.....it felt pretty weird to me too. If you're chakra's are stimulated enough...they vibrate. The first few months when this began, I felt as if I had been plugged into an electrical socket & I would literally vibrate for several hours afterward. I don't think that I can erase them from my mind....I tried that early on and no go! *softly touches your chakra* Hahahahhahaha   you're too funny!!!!

Hi again.....as far as members- NoY....NoY is able to see beings by closing his eyes and bluvisnu, is able to as well, but I'm not sure if there's touching or stimulation going on....? Touching or stimulating isn't all that the beings do.....they put images in my mind to show me different scenarios....sometimes recognizable and sometimes not! Sometimes they have me view geometric shapes and some of those are able to stimulate my chakra's as well. They've shown me star maps......of where, I have no clue! A friend of mine isn't entirely convinced that the beings are from the astral realm....he thinks they are from a different density, which is why they have the ability to actually "touch" me! He is convinced that I've known these particular beings before...in another time or place!  I honestly don't know if I've known them before, but there is something familiar about them! If you can figure this out, I'll nominate you for a Nobel Prize!!!!

you cannot close or turn off a chakra.  doesn't work like that.

you're chakras aren't portals that open to another dimension or something, they are energy interchange points.  they receive energy from your environment and filter it and then broadcast that info to your non-local awareness.  they also direct your energy. 

each one filters in a different way, so focusing on energizing a specific energy center will allow you to perceive through it's envioronmental filters, ie, the third eye deals with psychic vision and perception, the heart deals with feeling and emotion, the solar plexus deals with will and manifestation of the creative center the sacral chakra.  When you spend time meditating on one or more of these, you move your focus of attention to perceive more through them, thereby effecting your perception of your environment.

these energy centers are kind of like anchor points as well, they allow your awareness to stay connected to this body.  they also function as an antenna collectively.  both broadcasting and receiving input from the environment and your awareness.

think of them like muscles.  if you don't exercise them they become atrophied and less of your focus of attention moves through them.  but when you exercise them they become stronger and attract more of your awareness.  If you strengthen all of them to a point of total functionality then you will consistently perceive your reality through all of them.  this might be akin to a level of mastery, a very "advanced" sense of your reality.  congruency between what your whole being perceives and what your awareness actually receives.

Hi....
Initially, sleep was hard to come by and I was walking around almost comatose for awhile. However, that only occurred for a couple of months and then I started asking for times here and there for them to let me sleep.......but yeah, sometimes I'll tell them that I need to sleep and they'll back off and let me....and now, I focus on a painting that I have in my bedroom that's of a very tranquil setting and conducive to relaxation  and sleep. I know that they're still doing energy work on my chakra's because I wake up vibrating, but sometimes they wait until I'm asleep!
I get a very real feeling from them that there's a "time constraint" at work here and I've felt it from the very beginning! As if there's not much time to "jack-around" with! I think that they know a lot more than they are able to communicate, but what that is.....your guess is as good as mine?

When I said I tried to shut it down,,,,I actually at one point stopped meditating, because I thought that it might have an effect....it didn't and meditation for me, has so many positive effects that it just wasn't worth it, even if it had worked!

You're sort of missing the point...the phrasing of it isn't as important as the intention! I don't remember my exact words and it can be phrased anyway that's comfortable for you! I mean, look up ascension on the internet....read and understand what it's truly about! If you're serious about it, you'll probably need to make whatever changes in your life that are necessary.....I did! Bad habits need to go, negative thoughts need to go, meditate, meditate & meditate more and there are ascension symptoms that occur as well.
As I said before, it's the intention that's all important....mine was a positive intention! I wasn't trying to gain a 2nd sight or any other ability....it's very individualized and different for each person. We're all here to learn different lessons.....life is a school and if you learn your individual lessons well, it's possible to ascend to the next density(dimension). All paths lead to the same endpoint  and they all lead back to our Creator. If you're willing to do the work, you'll get there....but there are no free rides and no short cuts! And don't try shortcuts....they don't work! Meditation is the most effective method to raise your vibrational frequency, positive thoughts and live in joy.....all of these will ultimately allow you to ascend to the next density(dimension)!

Annika, what you are experiencing is quite unique. Have you considered writing the details down and perhaps publish a book?

I would think that certain things could be interesting to know more in detail. For example how the beings look. How many of them there are, How often they come. How they communicate with each others.

Why they want to put work on you? At which point of the day they do their best work, etc?

Thanks for responding! I use to think that what I was experiencing was somewhat unique, but I have found out that there are a rather large number of people who are having similar experiences. Most start out like mine did with seeing flashes of light when their eyes are closed and then a perceptual change begins. You begin to discern light and dark shadows and at some point after that, you begin to notice that the light and dark shadows are moving! And no, these are not "hypnagogic hallucinations" that some associate to this experience! If  you focus even more on the light and dark, you will  notice figures coming into focus and yes, they are humanoid-type beings. I don't think that the beings are exactly like you and I, but maybe a certain amount of similarity DNA-wise!

What I'm going to say next may sound a little "woo-woo", but I think that mankind is going to be getting a DNA upgrade soon and I think that this upgrade has already begun.  I've referred to it before as ascension, but it is an upgrading. If you have been preparing for it thru meditation and other esoteric practices, then your body is already showing indications of the upgrade occurring. If you haven't been preparing, then the changes might be harder to assimilate, but not impossible! I think that the veil between dimensions is thinning.....in other words, the boundaries that exist between our 3D and other dimensions is becoming thinner and eventually that boundary will seemingly disappear, but not really, because it's the upgrade in DNA that will perceptually cause the boundary to disappear. Not everyone will feel comfortable with my explanation of what's occurring and it's really up to each individual to discern what resonates with them.

As far as your suggestion of writing a book detailing my experiences....that's something that I might have considered at one point, but now my interest lies in helping anyone else who is experiencing this to understand that they are not going crazy, but are indeed undergoing a change that is spiritual and physical, because this upgrade encompasses both. As your understanding and enlightenment increases, so do the physical changes. 

The amount of energy work that the beings facilitate is probably dependent upon the needs of the individual! Initially, a great deal of work was going on 24/7, and then, it occurred more at night and now it goes on as I sleep. The star maps are of the Pleiades star cluster and I've also seen symbols and graphics that are foreign to me and apparently others as well. I've done extensive checking on the symbols and have found nothing that resembles them!

I think that we all have a certain amount of DNA from the stars, because that's where we're from. The upgrading is causing our so called "junk DNA" to activate! I hope it will cause all of us to be kinder to one another, to treat others as we wish to be treated, and to evolve out of the war-like mentality that we seem to be so preoccupied with and to stop seeing divisions of race and ethnicity! We are all eternal spiritual beings and we chose to be here at this time to participate in a celestial event! I feel very fortunate to be here and eternally grateful for the opportunity to experience this! I hope everyone else will too....!

The light and dark shadows were very early on and yes, I saw them in a fully conscious state with my eyes closed. However, then the shapes that were moving became more discernible and after several months, and when focusing in on them, I realized what they were! The Pleiades constellation map was seen after asking them for info a couple of months ago, after I had initially posted this thread. When I look into a light directly, but slightly squint my eyes, I sometimes see a different place than I'm actually at and people, who look like us, but are dressed differently and I don't think that they are seeing me....it is possible that I'm remote viewing, but I don't know that and have never tried to remote view. Some of the things that I can do are not abilities that I've desired or even practiced to acquire, which is the reason that I believe that there is definitely something else going on.

It's like hearing tones and frequencies.....many people believe that they have tinnitus, but I went to a hearing specialist 2 years ago and I have perfect hearing, which is amazing to me considering all the loud music and concerts I've been to, when I was younger of course! My belief is that the tones and frequencies are wake-up calls or alarms, that are coded in our DNA, to not only wake us up, but to start the process of activating our DNA for the upgrade that I spoke of in an earlier post.

Please understand, what I've stated is my opinion of what's going on and I have no objective proof to quantify it other than the abilities that I've stated previously(which did not present themselves before 2 years ago) and what's going on with others that I've spoken to. I wish that I knew more.......

Have you had any experiences which make you think it is "DNA" those beings have altered? Couldn't they just be tampering with our astral bodies?

Changes to DNA would be quite simple to detect, and to me, DNA is very physical, not an astral matter.

I mean, those beings seem to be non-physical, so it would be simplest for them to alter the non-physical bodies of others. What I wonder is if those beings have asked for permission to alter our "DNA"?

I'm not sure either what you mean by "activating" our DNA. Do you mean that new proteins are formed or do you mean that various cells (that no longer a stem cells) alter their behavior? In which organs? The brain?

I've had access to another realm in a similar experience as to yours. It only happened once for a short period and it was really cool

While in a relaxed state I was listening to a specific sound meditation called dimensional attunment. And a cute blue being appeared walking thru a door that appeared in my mind! Only lasted for a few seconds before it went away.. i opened my eyes and he was gone !

The meditation I was doing was for increasing awareness of/in the pineal gland.. from what i understand the pineal gland is made of crystals and by focusing on it you can "active" it.. and then you will start to see the lights behind the eyes and even be able to tune into other parallel universes, dimensions, other awareness of existence, etc.. at first when I started I would see blackness, like many people.. then I started to see colors..  from then colors turned to shapes, people, faces, places, etc.. then a door appeared and a being came thru it... like a movie in my mind! little energy movie in my mind lol..

For those that experience this extra sensory at all times... It is normal for people to experience this when they have brought the kundalini energy to the top of the head. The kundalini energy is brought to the pineal gland.. And the pineal gland is able to access other experiences of consciousness.. Depending on your belief system and vibrational state- this is what will be attracted to you during these experiences.

Maybe some of these beings are your guides/ friends?? Guides and other beings can do energy healings for us. Maybe they are touching your chakras as healing work?
