Healing in astral?

I have done a lot of self-healing in astral and have had good results, but I am wondering if many have experienced healing another?

I have no experience of healing.

Would you mind giving some pointers on how to go about self healing in the astral.

The only thing I've been able to heal are colds and flu symptoms. If I start getting sick I'll use RBs full-body circuit for an hour or so and then the symptoms go away. Amazing stuff.

Hm.  Recently my girlfriend got sick with a stomach virus and was sick for about a week.  After she had gotten mostly better I got it but it only slightly affected me for one day.  I usually do full body circuits most days.  I hadn't considered that that could be a factor in why the virus affected me so little.  I just thought my immune system is better.  Who knows.

Most of my self-healing is regarding facing my own demons in astral.  I believe that activating certain chakras while in astral has been helpful both physically and mentally.
