I awoke earlier than usual this morning,so I decided to use the time to attempt a projection (I think it was more like a phasing experience, but I'm not sure).

it started out as a lucid dream of a place I've never been to but was familiar somehow.it was a short dream, which ended.then a false-awakening dream began, in which I was rolling around in bed.In this dream ,I realized I still had my glasses on, so I took them off.
then that dream ended.I was lucid w/ no dream for a brief period.then the darkness became really deep and 3 dimensional, until it resolved into a field of thousands of stars.I was having problems w/my vision being too narrow-like looking through a telescope.I was also having problems finding the mental momentum needed for movement, so I used my "guide-on-the-end-of-a-rope-pulling-me" technique.the guide was a ball of light this time.then,I came to an area of total nothing, just darkness.I had some ideas of things I would like to do-but I couldn't get anything to happen.usually I have to really control and focus my thoughts in order to NOT have something happen!
I felt like I had something over my "astral eyes",so I pulled them off like a sheet (I actually had sheets over my physical eyes),and it effectively ended the experience-the darkness became more infused w/light,then glowing static.then I heard the sound of the fan in my room.the rest of my physical senses came on-line and I noticed that my legs were really bugging me from not being bent slightly,to reduce the strain on the legs and back.the covers were still completely covering my whole body, including my head.

questions-is it possible that my body didn't like having the covers totally covering and restricting it, plus the factor of the legs not being comfortable, that could have caused the confusing disruptions in the experience- vision and movement problems, etc?

that's what I think went wrong, but any opinions are greatly appreciated![8D]
