Okay so I've been practicing for about a month and a half and believe I have astral projected briefly three times from waking up in the middle of the night. I have been working on going from being awake straight to leaving my body. I can pretty much get to sleep paralysis now and when I start focusing on leaving my body, my eyelids start vibrating intensely. No where else vibrates, just my eyelids. I then will stay with it for a couple minutes and won't progress passed that point. Should I keep visualizing rising up and out? How do you guys think I can work past this point? Thanks, Garrett

Hello Garrettb and Welcome to the Astral Pulse!  :-)

I too have experienced this in the past and still do once in awhile today. I had this happen right at the moment of the "shift", which was very annoying and hampered my "exit".

I rectified it by using a Blindfold. My first one was a Cherry Seed Eye Pillow. I then later upgraded it to the Mindfold (found at Mindfold.com).

Not only did my eyes flutter, but they also opened or at least felt like they opened, which made me doubt the flickering lights I was seeing. The Mindfold completely solved that problem by removing all doubt. Now when I feel the "eye tremors", I just passively observe it like I do with all of the other "signposts" of the NPR (Non Physical Realms/Reality).

I also use ear plugs when I Phase. This once again removes any doubt that any sounds I am hearing are coming from this physical existence.

Good Luck and Safe Travels!  :-)

That is a great idea Lionheart.   I will start using ear plugs.   The blindfold is good to use if you have that problem.

I think the act of visualizing is causing you to focus on your eyes.  Instead of seeing yourself somewhere else, see somewhere else around you.
Why?
