Ok... so this is going to sound weird, but I thought others may want to give this a shot.

Lately, when I am deep into an ap session and staring at the blackness in front of me... I find what I can take that darkness and squish it down into a flatness so that it expands horizontally to the sides. Eventually it feels 3d. It makes my awareness feel pin pointed; like everything is aligned perfectly. All I have to do is just think about this happening and sort of move my eyes in a small left to right direction repeatedly. Almost like reading a book. Has anyone heard of this before or tried it? I feel like its really helping! :-)

 Thanks for sharing Amorda!  :-)

This is another great way of keeping non physical focus. Experimenting and creating your own technique/method is always fun!  :-)

I would never of thought of doing it that way...talk about thinking outside the box :-D

Well done. You must be extremely mentally disciplined

(I have nothing but envy, of course... haha;-)

This is similar to what happens to me when I get to that point. For me it's like looking at the night sky and only being able to see very faint stars in your peripheral but when you try to look straight at them they disappear, then it feels like my eyes are reading a book, a sort of back and forth motion trying to lock onto the dots of light but eventually I just feel a little slip and everything pops into place and I'm in F21.
You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one. Perhaps some day you'll join us, and the world will live as one.

Everyone,

I am so glad that you guys find this technique interesting.
It was just something I sort of stumbled on and lately its really been working for me. :) I just had a new experience ladt night while using this technique and I can't wait to write about it and share it with you all.
Something about moving my eyes back and forth in small left to right movements really zones me out. Thank you all for your kind words. See you in the astral soon! :)

F12 (vastness) begins when the visual cortex begins to shut down(reliance on information from your physical eyes)

Typically this is achieved by not moving your eyes. However, you just reminded me of a post I read a long time ago that suggested the method of moving your eyes around rapidly. The muscles get tired and then allegedly it is easier to move from F10(mind awake body asleep) to F12(great black vastness).

I remember trying this but I forgot how effective was. Evidently not ideal since I haven't done it in a while.

I'll give it another go in one of my upcoming sessions and try to offer some more feedback.

Cheers,
Contenteo

Interesting that you say that F12 is usually achieved by not moving the eyes. Sometimes I find that if I fixate on acertain spot behind my eyelids I, once in a while, get the same feeling of harmonization that I do when I use the squishing/eye balls left to right technique. Its just not as immediate compared to when I move my eyes in that way. Everything comes in line with all other things. It's a difficult sensation to describe with words. :) Let me know how you make out. I am quite interested.
