Thanks iceman, and welcome to the Astral Pulse. Please consider posting your experiences (if you are in fact using the cds) when you get a chance.
Nick
I've been using Holosync nightly for about a month now, I found it aided sleep well and I felt my circadium rhythm being better aligned, I was naturally waking up at about 7 am. Over the last 5 days or so I haven't slept as well though.
All throughout the Holosync promotional material, it advertises the fact that it will induce a state where endoprphins will be released. I have not felt that this is true, definitely not comparable to the amount released during exercise.
I have not yet attempted to project using Holosync, I might try tonight, I will post what happens when I do. Strangely though I have found that Holosync makes it harder to control the "mind chatter", especially whilst listening to "The Dive".
This is probably slightly out of place, being in this forum, but since you just started Holosync, I would like to share my experience with it.
I have been using Holosync for meditation for the past 7 months and I think it is great. I am definately going to get the next level, (the only reason I haven't so far is because I don't have the money.)
I think it has definately been worth the money.
I must agree with you about mind chatter in The Dive.
As far as Endorphins being released, I think it has done a great job. Here is my example.
Whenever you aren't doing something, just in a neutral mode, how do you feel? Are you down, or happy, or just in between? I know that before I started using HS I was in between, but now, for no apparent reason, I just smile and feel good, not very strong feeling of good, but comfortable and pleasant. I am not even trying to smile, it is just natural.
Also, things that used to bother me before just pass through me, becoming the watcher is hardly even necessary, things don't phase me like they did before.
It is amazing to think how it has done this much for me and I still have 11 more levels to go, (About 10 more years to complete the whole thing!)
Iceman, I think you will find that if you do Holosync everyday, if you were to not do it a couple of days, and then you do it the next day, you will get some euphoria. The next day though it will be back to normal.
For anyone out there who is looking for instructions on how just how to use Holosync, I have posted them below. I searched google many times over but only found out that "The Dive" should be used for 14 days, and that was from these boards.
Enjoy!

Centerpointe Soundtrack
Quick Reference Guide
(Or the, "How do I use all these great soundtracks?" Guide)
This brief usage guide is meant to provide you with an overview of the purpose of each of the soundtracks you've received in your Awakening Prologue package. (All soundtracks require stereo headphones and unless otherwise noted, all are 30 minutes in length.)
Main Program Soundtracks*:
Dive: Your "Dive" soundtrack is the first of two main program soundtracks (along with Immersion). Dive contains the sound of rainfall, with Tibetan crystal bowls. Dive is to be used alone, once per day (30 minute session), for the first two weeks of your listening routine. After two weeks, continue listening to Dive, and add Immersion. Dive is a rapid descent from a high alpha state to delta.
Immersion: The second of the two main program soundtracks is Immersion. Immersion contains the sound of rainfall only (no crystal bowls are used on Immersion). Immersion is to be used immediately following Dive. Listening to Immersion without first listening to Dive will not produce a meditative effect. After the first two weeks (with Dive alone) listen to both Dive and Immersion, back-to-back, for an hour per day. Immersion is a "constant hold" at the delta brain wave level. Immersion can be used twice in a row, making a 90 minute listening session (Dive for 30 minutes, followed by Immersion for 60 minutes)
*Be sure to review ALL of the Program Instructions for complete details on using your main program soundtracks.
Supplemental/Bonus Soundtracks:
The following soundtracks are supplemental to the main program soundtracks. While Dive and Immersion are the priority soundtracks, you can enhance your personal growth experiences by working with one or more of these soundtracks as time permits.
Quietude: Quietude is a lovely musical soundtrack entraining your brain to a light alpha state. Quietude creates a peaceful, lightly relaxed, focused state of consciousness. It can be listened to for up to several hours at a time if desired. Quietude is well-suited for listening while reading or studying, and tends to increase focus and memory for the listener. Quietude is particularly useful for those interested in super-learning.
Oasis: Oasis is a theta-level musical soundtrack. It's ideally-suited to deep relaxation, journeying, and problem-solving. Listen for 30 minutes per day, or on an occasional basis.
Super Longevity: This is a two-track set, both tracks entraining to a relaxing theta level. Track 1 contains subliminal affirmations pertaining to health and longevity in an audible format (the affirmations are printed on the tape or CD packaging). Track 2 contains the same set of affirmations, but in a subliminal (consciously inaudible) format. Either soundtrack can be used at one sitting. Some people enjoy alternating the audible and subliminal versions from day to day, while others will focus on one of the two tracks for extended periods.
